The majority of our work is local, allowing our drivers to be home daily. When over-the-road work is performed the driver is home for at least two days each week. We have driver terminals in the following locations:

• Rochester, NY

To supplement the company drivers we also retain a core group of independent owner-operators, who are also a key to our success.

Crossett provides one of the most comprehensive training programs in the industry. We go to great lengths to ensure that our drivers are sufficiently trained to meet the challenges of the job.

For new drivers, as part of our training program, we provide an extensive orientation and one on one time with a driver-trainer. We ensure that each new driver is qualified and capable in their position before they are certified to work without a driver trainer.
