With a business degree from George Washington University, Alex Keddie joined Union Carbide Corporation’s Linde Division (now Praxair). His career spanned 24 years and began in production and concluded as Director of Employee Relations for the United States. In 1992, he established Alex Keddie & Associates, specializing in a process called Business Issue Resolution® that had management and employees collectively identifying and solving challenges that increased the financial and mental health of their company. Currently, Alex is the owner of Crossett Inc., and serves as the company’s Chief Executive Officer. Keddie is proud of the accomplishments of Crossett employees and of the company’s impressive growth from its birthplace in Warren, Pennsylvania in 1928, to its expansion to twelve locations in Pennsylvania, New York and Ohio.
Alex “AK” Keddie

Alex “AK” Keddie

Alex “AK” Keddie became the Vice President, Sales and Business Development of Crossett Inc. in June of 2018. His responsibilities include establishing and maintaining customer relations and business planning to meet corporate revenue and margin goals. AK started his career with Crossett in 2009 as Manager of Terminal Performance and has worked in several aspects of operations, including; CDL driver, terminal operations, fleet maintenance, and equipment specs and acquisition. Prior to joining Crossett AK began his career in real estate with a publicly held residential developer in Washington, D.C. AK graduated from Washington & Jefferson College where he majored in Business Administration. He maintains a current CDL license.
Logan Vivian

Logan Vivian

Vice President / General Manager

Logan Vivian began his career at Crossett Inc. in March of 2018 as Director of Operations. As director he is responsible for logistics, fleet maintenance, terminal operations and personnel. Logan started his logistics career working as a freight broker for Total Quality Logistics out of Chicago, growing his own book of business and building relationships with carriers to haul for his customers. Most recently Logan has been in LTL transportation as a Service Center Manager for ABF Freight in Charlottesville, VA and Terminal Manager for New England Motor Freight in Falconer, NY. Logan holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Greenville University where he is currently a MBA candidate.
Lindsey Kramer

Corporate Controller/Treasurer

Lindsey Kramer serves as the Corporate Controller/Treasurer of Crossett, Inc. and is responsible for Finance, Accounting, Payroll and Human Resources. Lindsey began her career at Crossett in 2015 as the Accounting Manager. She is a 2008 graduate of Mercyhurst University where she received a BA in Accounting. Lindsey holds an MBA from Gannon University. Prior to Crossett, Lindsey worked at Blair, LLC as a Senior Accountant and at Maher Duessel, CPA’s as an auditor.

Todd Boston

Todd Boston

Director of Customer Relations

Todd Boston graduated from the University of Pittsburgh Bradford with an Associate’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering. He began his career working for an oil and gas company doing engineering, production, and field services. Hired by Crossett Inc. in November 1987 as a third shift dispatcher, Todd remembers the days of dispatching by pencil and paper, and paying drivers by a tachograph.

His career at Crossett has encompassed many aspects of the business from day to day dispatch, logistics, customer relations and driver support. His knowledge and in depth understanding of the business makes a strong impact on the day-to-day operations and meeting customer’s daily needs.

Jack Martin

Jack Martin

Senior Advisor

Jack Martin serves as a Senior Advisor at Crossett Inc. Prior to joining Crossett, Jack’s professional career was as an educator and consultant. His educational background includes a BS degree in mathematics, an MBA and a PhD in Business. Upon completion of his education he worked as an Assistant Professor for Penn State at the Behrend College. In the mid-1990’s he left academia to begin a career as a full time consultant. His consulting engagements included time spent in a variety of industry sectors ranging from packaged goods at Anheuser-Busch, healthcare at Computer Sciences Corporation and information technology at CombineNet. Jack initially started at Crossett as a Business/IT consultant in the fall of 2011 becoming a fulltime employee in the Spring of 2015.
